Cancellation & Refund Policy

I’m Aditya Vishwakarma, the person behind Aboutadi.com, and I truly believe in helping my customers as much as possible. That’s why I’ve created a fair and flexible cancellation and refund policy. Please take a moment to read through it, so you know what to expect.


Cancellations

You can request a cancellation within 7 days of placing your order. If I haven’t already started processing or shipping your item through my vendors or partners, I’ll be happy to cancel it for you.

Please note, I’m unable to cancel orders for perishable items such as food or flowers once they’ve been processed. However, if there’s a genuine issue with the quality of what you received, I’ll do my best to offer a refund or replacement — just reach out and let me know.


Returns and Replacements

If something arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. I’ll need to check with the relevant vendor or merchant before I can approve a return or replacement — but I’ll make sure you’re not left in the dark.

Also, if you feel the item you received is not as described or doesn’t meet your expectations, get in touch with me within 7 days of delivery. I’ll review your case personally and work with you to find a fair solution.

For items that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, I recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for support.


Refunds

If a refund is approved, I’ll process it within 9–15 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note: Sale items can’t be refunded, unless they are faulty or damaged and reported within the eligible time-frame.


Haven’t received your refund yet?

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it might take a few days before your refund officially posts.
  3. Then contact your bank. Some banks take extra time to process refunds.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, feel free to email me at [your email address].


Gift Returns

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, I’ll send you store credit once I receive and approve the return. If the gift wasn’t sent directly to you, I’ll need to issue the refund to the original purchaser.


Returning Your Product

To return an item, please send it to:

You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If your return is approved, I may deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

If it’s a more expensive item, I recommend using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee I’ll receive the returned item without it.
